Future Now (“we,” “us”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry. This policy explains what information we collect through www.futurenow.us and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Information you send us. When you use our event request or contact form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, school or organization, and message.
- Donation information. Donations are processed by Bloomerang. When you give, Bloomerang collects your name, contact information, billing address, and payment details. We receive your name, contact information, and giving history so we can send receipts and keep donor records. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Basic technical information. Our hosting provider automatically processes information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited in order to deliver and secure the site.
How We Use It
- To respond to event requests and messages
- To process donations, send receipts, and keep nonprofit records
- To keep the site running and secure
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Service Providers
We share information only with providers that help us operate the site and ministry:
- Cloudflare – hosting, security, and privacy-friendly site analytics
- Resend – delivers form submissions to our inbox by email
- Bloomerang – donation processing and donor records
- Amazon Web Services – hosts video files shown on the site
Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and Analytics
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across other websites. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies, and Bloomerang’s donation form may use cookies needed to process your gift.
Do Not Track
We do not track visitors across third-party websites, and we do not knowingly allow third parties to collect personal information about your activity over time and across different websites through our site. Because of this, we do not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Links to Other Sites
Our site links to Instagram, YouTube, and Amazon. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Children
This site is intended for parents, school and youth leaders, partners, and teens 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Keeping and Protecting Information
We keep form messages as long as needed to respond and plan events, and donor records as long as required for nonprofit and tax recordkeeping. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website is completely secure.
Your Choices
You can email us to ask what information we have about you, or to correct or delete it, except records we are legally required to keep.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will post the new version here and change the date above.
